ClubSpark is constantly evolving to improve the functionality on offer.

This month's release continues to develop the coaching module with new management reports and the dashboard for coaching organisations. It has also seen visual improvements to the website manager.

A new way to manage coaching

Coaching dashboard
We know you have been asking and we are excited to share with you, version 1 of the coaching dashboard.

Version 1 of the Coaching Dashboard

These key statistics and tools work in a similar way to the venue dashboard and are designed to give you an instant snapshot of the current performance of your coaching business. Providing you with information quickly, you will be able to find what you need instantly and see trends in bookings and revenue.

Coaching reports
Alongside the coaching dashboard, we have created new coaching reports. The aim with this new feature is to provide you with as much data as possible on your coaches, courses, sessions, camps and participants. Once you’ve configured your report(s) you can export the data to excel to perform further analysis. These new reports will help allocate your resource, manage more effectively, and measure your success. Read how.

View your lead coaches
We’ve also added Lead Coach and Assistant Coaches as columns to the sessions table on the coaching landing page. Using this you can set a date range and filter the sessions by coach to export and share their schedule.

Coaching organisations can now list up to 15 associated venues on their websites. This allows coaches to promote the venues that they work with.

New look for the website manager
We have improved the look of the website manager. You will notice that we have simplified your admin-website making it much easier to locate settings and visually easier to navigate.
