We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to successfully manage and strengthen our key client relationships whilst growing new opportunities at an NGB level. The role is hybrid home, customer and office based as the needs of the role require

Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with our UK clients, ensuring they are supported to maximise the impact of the Clubspark platform on their business goals
Strategic development to produce engaged productive customer partnerships.
Work in collaboration with our clients to understand their business requirements, translating these into actionable plans and align with Company offerings and objectives
Evaluate new business opportunities with new and existing clients
Develop a deep understanding of the sporting landscape throughout the UK, particular the operations of our key strategic clients
Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business products, competitors, and the wider industry.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Extensive senior commercial experiencein the NGB Sports industry – ideally in a technology or related productoffering
Materialaccount management and key client relationship experience - including accountdevelopment strategy and pricing
Experiencein solving business problems, moving solutions forward and strategic thinking
Experiencedeveloping and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts
Proactive and strong clear communicationskills: including strong presenting skills and a natural ability to engage andcollaborate effectively with a wide variety of people
Strong quantitative skills with greatattention to detail –including using internal CRM tools
Resilient self-starter, ableto work efficiently under pressure with the confidence to workindependently
An analytical approach, accomplished at solvingproblems and delivering great results
