About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for products and applications from our Club and Coach tools used by Sports Clubs, Coaches, and Local & National Governing Bodies (NGBs) to help more people to be active and play sport.

The candidate will be working in a dynamic environment alongside a world-class team of entrepreneurs, technologists, and clients, focused on using the power of sport to create happier, healthier lives.

This role will work closely with the VP of Product, Product Managers, Head of Customer Services, Customer Success, Design and Development Teams to design and build tools for:

• Players and parents to find, book and play sport

• Sports providers (clubs and coaches) to run club membership, coaching programmes, and facility booking

• NGBs to manage, promote and report on participation within their sports

About You

Key Responsibilities

● Translate product strategy into the roadmap for your product

● Maintain and own the backlog for your product

● Lead a product team, to design, build and launch new features

● Work closely with customer success to grow the usage and uptake of your product

● Manage stakeholders, building, and developing relationships with NGBs and users

● Review and organise feature requests that are submitted by our customers

● Analyse competition to ensure Clubspark remains innovative and ahead of the game

● Document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and specifications by example

● Perform product discovery for new product development opportunities

● Collaborate closely with PMO, engineering, marketing, and QA to manage and plan releases

● Facilitate requirement workshops, user testing, user interviews, and research

● Constantly assess product performance and take action to improve

Skills, knowledge & experience required:

Essential Skills and Experience

● Proven ability to develop and effectively launch digital products

● Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC processes

● Strong familiarity with Agile working within digital product development teams

● Experience in digital product or product management

● Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead designers and engine

● Experience in setting and tracking metrics, using these to drive product adoption and growth

● Knowledge and experience of product discovery work to iterate and refine solutions

● Experience in writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Great if you also have

● Experience in and a passion for sport and technology

● Experience of working in the Tennis industry

● Experience with sports club management platforms
