The Senior Relationship Manager will successfully manage and strengthen our key client relationships whilst growing our impact with new clients. They will drive opportunities through adoption and increased use to deliver on client expectations.

The focus of this role will primarily be on supporting our existing clients to ensure they’re getting the most out of what the ClubSpark platform has to offer. You will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities to add value to our existing clients as well as developing new relationships, ensuring there is a constant pipeline of exciting new projects to work on.

This is no normal role - you will need to get hands on with many areas of our business and you’ll thrive if you jump out of bed each day with an abundance of energy and a drive to advance your skills. Each day will be different to the last. You will work across all teams in the business, ensuing you have the right knowledge to hand to help our clients succeed. Whether running a client relationship meeting or listening to new feature requirements, you’ll be applying a customer centric approach to deliver a first class consultative experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

●       Manage relationships with our UK clients, ensuring they are supported to maximise the impact of the ClubSpark platform on their business goals

●      Create great partnerships, delivering regular relationship management meetings, ensuring we exceed all SLAs, jumping on opportunities and dealing with challenges as they arise

●      Work in collaboration with our clients to understand their business requirements, translating these into actionable plans  

●      Strategically and objectively guide our Product Team, ensuring our clients needs are met, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new features

●      Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions

●      Oversee excellent levels of customer service for our clients and their users, closing any critical issues in break neck speed

●       Work with marketing to ensure all clients are provided with the highest level of support in the promotion of their version of ClubSpark

●       Evaluate new business opportunities with new and existing clients

●       Develop a deep understanding of the sporting landscape throughout the UK, particular the operations of our key strategic clients

●      Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business products, competitors, and the wider industry.

●       Support our clients with onboarding, training, insight development, gathering customer feedback and other such tasks to boost their success  

●      Champion our users needs and lead by example to ensure all colleagues put the user at the heart of our daily activities

Skills, knowledge & experience required:

●       Bachelor's degree (orequivalent experience)

●      Proven experience (minimum 5 years) managing key clientrelationships – this experience could include; account management, projectmanagement, product management, new business development & sales.

●      Experience in solving business problems, moving solutionsforward and strategic thinking

●      Experience developing and implementing strategic plans to manageand grow accounts

●      Ability to quickly learn new tools or skills

●       Excellent communicationskills: including strong presenting skills and a natural ability to engage andcollaborate effectively with a wide variety of people

●       Highly organized,confident juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines

●       Strong quantitativeskills with great attention to detail

●       Experience of using pipelinemanagement software such as Monday.com would be a bonus

●       Resilient self-starter, able to work efficiently under pressure with theconfidence to work independently

●       An analytical approach, accomplishedat solving problems and delivering great results

●       Highly organized andsolution-oriented

●       Interest in or previous experience of working in Sports domain

●       Experience of using pipeline management software such as Monday.com would be a bonus

●       Previous experience of working across a global company

●       Previous experience working in a Tech start up environment and particularly in a SaaS business environment
