We are looking for an individual with a passion for User Interface Development who has the ability to contribute ideas to the team and the company as a whole. You will be responsible for producing high quality front end UI code for a range of clients and projects.

 Successful candidates must be well organised and have the drive to help ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

 We are looking for an individual who:

-        is great at seeing the big picture - understands what we are trying to achieve and the business processes we are using whilst at the same time you are comfortable and capable to deep dive into the specifics to ensure our technology solutions meet our business needs at all levels;

-        is an good and credible communicator - effective communication with project teams will be essential to your success;

-        understands non-functional requirements such as usability, reliability, performance, supportability, and security;

-        has a great eye for detail; and

-        is always learning and staying relevant.

 Key responsibilities:

You will be responsible for producing high quality front end UI code for a range of clients and projects. This will include close collaboration with the Creative and UX teams to ensure all suggested designs can be built and can be made accessible.

You will:

- play an important part in contributing ideas and new techniques with the rest of our team

- be responsible for the quality of User Interface Development on individual projects

- work closely with our QA Team to successfully implement quality controls on all projects they are responsible for

- ensure accuracy in both functional and visual aspects of the User Interface Development

- work closely with Design and UX to review templates and functionality, this role is required to ensure that the final product matches the vision of the Creative and UX departments as well as the requirements of the project.

Skills, knowledge & experience required:

  Degree / 2 years+ equivalent role experience

·        Proven experience with front end technologies including React/Redux

·        Experience working in smaller more dynamic companies, comfortable working in a fast-past environment

·        Have a proven track record of rapidly learning new technologies and systems

·        Proven ability to control quality and output of the front end team on a project

·        Comfortable working across a range of technologies

·        Have a proven track record of rapidly learning new technologies and systems

 

Technical skills:

-        React

-        JavaScript

-        TypeScript

-        GraphQL

-        HTML5

-        CSS (SASS/LESS)

-        Gulp

-        Testing (React Testing Library)

-        Knowledge of .NET environment

Great if you also have:

-        Experience working in the sporting or wellness sector or an interest in sport

-        Previous experience of working across a global company and/or Tech startup environment
