UX Designer

You'll have solid research skills and must have experience in gathering requirements, conducting user research and usability testing along with ability to run workshops, create wireframes, prototypes and other deliverables to help communicate your ideas.

This could be the opportunity for you. ClubSpark is looking for an accomplished UX expert, someone with a formal or practical training in all the psychological and design principles and methodologies surrounding UCD, from research methodologies to heuristic evaluation.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct research/use data to inform decision making on product design
• Conduct stakeholder interviews & facilitate expert user groups
• Create experiences – using appropriate methodology: personas, journeys, wireframes, interaction design, information architecture, prototypes and metrics
• Put users at centre of all features designed
• Have enough product/technical knowledge to explain needs to developers
• Work with entire team to bring experiences to life throughout development lifecycle
• Find pragmatic solutions when challenges arise

‍Great to also have...

• Experience of JIRA and Confluence
• Experience of Google Analytics
• Experience in working on SaaS products
• Experience of working in agile software development environment
