Presented for their Book a Court online program, Tennis Australia's CEO Craig Tiley said this award was recognition of the commitment tennis has made to participation.
Tennis Australia's Book a Court program is powered by ClubSpark to enable casual players to book and pay for courts online. This enables the community to have improved access to courts, an online booking system, increased revenue for venues and reduced administration costs.
The Book a Court program was first piloted in Victoria in 2015/16 and has been installed in 56 venues and 486 courts nationwide. This year there have been over 53,000 bookings made, generating an increase in online payments and unlocking new revenue streams for all clubs involved.
“Much work has been undertaken during the pilot phase of this program to identifying best practices to ensure a smooth roll-out over the coming years,” Craig Tiley.
