These new features give you the ability to ensure your members are renewed for the season ahead – without ever having to worry about missed payments!
Auto-renewals are available on date-of-purchase packages. When enabled any eligible member with a Direct Debit mandate who hasn't opted out will be automatically renewed and have a payment processed on their renewal date.
Auto-payments also allow you to process payments for eligible members with an existing Direct Debit mandate without them having to lift a finger, ideal for renewing members on fixed date membership packages.
