Coaching Dashboard - What you need to know at a glance
The coaching dashboard lets you quickly access important data, including revenue, court utilisation, booked courses and more. The ClubSpark platform is constantly updating this information, which means you’ll always have current data when you log in.
Session bookings
View what session bookings have been booked across your coaching programme in the last 30-day period.
Course bookings
View what coaching courses have been booked in the last 30-day period.
Camp bookings
View how many holiday camp bookings in the last 30-day period.
Revenue
View how much revenue you have generated in the last 30-day period and compare this against the previous 30 days.
Attendance
See the number of players who have checked into coaching over the last 7 days.
Occupancy
The percentage of participants booked against spaces available within the last 7 days.

Coaching Reports - Know the numbers that matter the most
ClubSpark tracks everything you need to know when it comes to growing your business. Viewing data and managing reports help you allocate the right resources and measure your success so you can keep growing.
Holiday Camps report
This report provides data on all your holiday camps. Ensure your first date falls within the date range selected to match with results. You can also filter categories to narrow your results.
Coaches report
This report provides data on your coaching teams. Results will be returned based on the sessions a coach has been assigned to as either the lead coach or one of the assistant coaches. If the session date falls within the date range selected, then data for that session will be returned against the assigned coach.
Courses report
This report provides data on all your 'short course' coaching courses. These are courses that participants book onto and pay for in full in a single booking.
Participants report
Results will be returned based on the sessions each participant has been booked onto. If the session date falls within the date range selected the participant and associated data will be returned in the results.
